About Elayne

I live on the Kent coast in the UK where I work as an online life coach. I have a passion for learning to understand people and their needs when they come to me for coaching. Together we'll develop a supportive and creative space for us to navigate your coaching journey, identifying goals, overcoming obstacles, and taking actionable steps toward your aspirations.

Culturally I had a diverse upbringing in Zimbabwe, South Africa and Switzerland. I developed an awareness of cultural rules and how this translates into ways of being and living life.  My first career as a sound technician brought me to the UK where I worked on West End productions and at The Royal National Theatre. Collaborating with top professionals sparked my curiosity about the nature of success, how it looks to different people, and most importantly how it actually feels when people achieve their goals.
